refund policy

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

The below policy will be applicable for product and/or services, to the extent they relate and applicable to them: – 

  1. In case, return belongs to service, we will not be able to execute any refund when the service is already been rendered or agreed by MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem, whether the result of the service is realized or not, including the services, outcome of which are out of scope of MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem. Example of some services are: –
    1. Networking Membership purchase.
    2. Consulting & assisting start-ups & its founders for Fundraising.
    3. Providing any advisory services.
  2. In return of service, which is started to be performed by MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem, and client or purchaser wants to suspend or cancel the order, we will refund only certain portion of received consideration, which is residual after adjusting the value of the portion of the service already rendered/ efforts done by MeAccs®/ cost incurred by MeAccs®, which will be determined as per the sole discretion of MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem
  3. Any dispute in this will be subject to the arbitration and jurisdiction will be Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the third party, which have sent you a courier or service provider on behalf of MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem.
  6. Refunds (if applicable)
    1. Once your return request is received and inspected, or your request of cancellation or suspension of an order received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request or cancellation or suspension request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
    2. If your refund is approved by MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business/working days.
  7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  8. Cancellation of Order
    1. If a service is cancelled by a customer, before the MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem starts to work on it or start to incur any cost on it, a refund will be granted, after a 10% deduction of the administration & gateway charges.
  9. Exchanges (if applicable)
    1. We can only replace any service which was rendered defective by or on behalf of MeAccs® A Start-up Ecosystem. In these situations, we will render the service with correction or the received consideration can be refunded to the customer or can be adjusted towards the consideration of any other service, if customer chose so, in the following order: –
      1. Correction of the service
      2. Adjustment of the approved refund, with another service
      3. Returning of the money of the approved refund
  10. Promotion
    1. If the item was purchased as part of promotional offer or any other offer like Inaugral offer when purchased then it can only be cancelled and not be refunded to you at any point of time or you’ll be able to receive the refund amount equal to amount paid by you via bank/card/UPI or other mode of payment and not in excess of amount paid i.e no amount including the amount of discount/coupon received shall be refunded to you. Once the return or cancellation is processed, you shall be notified via email.
